The laboratory sample bottle washing machine has the function of pumping non pressure deionized water (ultrapure water) into the bottle, the water softener automatically starts, and has the function of detecting salt deficiency alarm. It is equipped with a built-in peristaltic pump to dispense cleaning and neutralizing agents, a preheating function for water inlet, and a circulation pump (maximum flow rate) of 400L/min.

1Laboratory environmental conditions:
The laboratory used for installing instruments should have a good external environment. The laboratory should be located in a nearby area without strong electromagnetic fields or sources of strong thermal radiationIt should not be built near equipment and workshops that generate severe vibrations, and should avoid direct sunlight, smoke, polluted airflow, and water vapor.
The internal environment of the laboratory should be kept clean, and the indoor temperature should be controlled within0-40 ℃, the relative humidity of indoor air should be less than 70%.
2Laboratory equipment conditions:
Instrument host volume760m x 980m x 1100m (length x width x height), leave a distance of no less than 0.5 meters from the wall around the bottle washing machine for your operation and future maintenance.
The laboratory should be equipped with tap water(A tap is also available, just like a fully automatic washing machine), the tap water pressure is not less than 0.1MPA. If two pure water washes are required, a pure water source (not less than 60L water bucket) must be provided, and the instrument is equipped with a booster pump for water inlet. The instrument is equipped with a 4-wire water distribution pipe at the factory.

4. Instrument requirements:
1) Two water sources are required: tap water requires a 4-point external thread interface, pure water tanks or pipelines require a 4-point external thread, and the inlet pipe length is 2 meters.
2) Require there to be drainage near the instrument, which should be the same as the drainage pipe of the washing machine. The length of the drainage pipe should be 2 meters, and the height of the drainage outlet should not exceed 0.5 meters.
